Camp Comments

"John, Scoutie & I returned late this afternoon from Camp Lucy. A small but fun group of individuals.....good to see some Goldstockers, previous attendees at Camp Robin Hood plus meet some new friends.

I'm sure others will right more, but I HAVE to give you all a snippet of the food menu that we were served:

Friday Night:
Lasagne
Spinach Pie
Pasta with two types of sauce
Green Salad with seasoned tomatoes
Rolls

Cookies in the shape of Golden Retrievers

Saturday Morning;
Eggs Benedict
Bacon/Sausage

Oatmeal

Toast/Bagels
Fresh Fruit
OJ & Apple Juice

Saturday Noon:
Lobster Bisque
Two Varieties of Quiche
Varieties of roll-up sandwiches
Potato Salad

Green Salad
Coucous Salad

Saturday Night:
Turkey with mushroom gravy
Stuffing
Meatloaf
Mashed potatoes
Roasted Carrots
Roasted Squash
Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms
Fruit Salad
THE BEST SALAD IN THE WORLD (Cinnamon Apple with Pecans/Greens/
Mandarin Oranges/Cukes & Greens with a Maple Vinegarette)

Cookies in the shape of Tennis Balls & Dog Bones

We stayed for Sunday breakfast & lunch and the meals were just a marvelous as on Saturday. Sadly, we didn't wait for Sunday dinner! :-("
