A Guide to Backpacking With Your Dog

Charlene LaBelle

Reviews - The author, Charlene G. LaBelle - labelle_charlene@tandem.com - 08/18/97. The 1st "how to" published on the subject I wrote this book from the love I had for my dogs. I spent many a mile hiking with novice hikers teaching and showing them how much fun it can be hiking with your dog. I was very proud to have my book a runner up for a Maxwell Award (Dog Writers Assoc of America). It has been well rec'd. A Guide To Backpacking With Your Dog came out in 10-92, but the information between the covers is timeless. I hope you enjoy sharing the trails with your four-legged family as much as I have! The On the Road again series is essential for anyone traveling with their dog. The well written commentary for each selection is rich with detail.
